Kumai Harvest brings the unique Japanese Koshi-Hikari gourmet rice to the American market. Chef Mark Miller created a line of four creamy, spiced rice dishes with Asian themes. We designed a striking square carton, an unusual shape for the category, with rich colors and exotic graphics to convey the flavors of Japan, Indonesia, China, and Hawaii.
